• Prices shown on the website are product prices only.
• Delivery charges are not included and may vary depending on location and other factors.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled only if the delivery process has not started.
• Once the order has been dispatched or delivery has begun, cancellation is not allowed.
• All cancellation requests must be made through WhatsApp only.

• Delivery time depends on location, traffic, weather, and other circumstances.
• Delivery charges apply and vary by delivery location.
• There is no fixed delivery timeline guarantee.
• Order tracking is done manually through WhatsApp. There is no software-based tracking system.
